鞍山市农村远程教育存在的问题及教师培训

农村中小学现代远程教育工程在鞍山市实施几年来,远程教育资源的应用、设备运行的效率等方面存在很多不足。应用的关键是资源和教师,资源的使用者还是教师,教师的培训和管理是工作中的重中之重。在认真分析的基础上,总结出制约农村远程教育资源使用的原因,包括:农村教师的教育观念、教育技术应用能力欠缺,远程教育卫星资源不配套,农村学校终端设备欠缺、管理措施不到位等方面。对照这些原因,提出了解决问题的基本对策,主要是从教师的培训入手,在培训层面、培训组织、培训内容、培训方法、培训效果反馈等方面进行研究,以期达到从教师及使用者入手,提高远程教育资源应用效果的目的。

Problems existing in long-distance education of rural areas in Anshan city and teachers' training

Over the past few years of implementing modern long-distance education project in rural primary and secondary schools in Anshan city,there existed many inadequacies in some aspects of the application of long-distance education resources,and the efficiency of equipment operation.The key of applying is the teacher and resource,and the resource user is the teacher.Therefore,the training and management of teacher are the most important task.On the basis of careful analysis,the reasons of restricting the use of long-distance education resources in rural areas were summarized,which include:the applying ability of education concepts and education technology of rural teachers is lacking;tele-education satellite resources are not complete;the terminal equipment in rural schools is lacking;and management measures are not in place.By checking these reasons,the basic countermeasures to solve the problem are proposed,which mainly start from the training of teachers,researching on training levels,training organizing,training content,training methods,and the effect of training feedback in order to start from teachers and users and improve the purposes of apllication effect of long-distance education resources.
