摘    要:为优化切削工具几何形状 ,降低工作阻力 ,提高工作效率 ,本文引入纵深比的概念 ,采用二维有限元法分析了抛物线型切削工具的切削性能 ,分析表明抛物线型切削工具比直线型切削工具在较宽的纵深比范围内都具有较优的切削性能 ,且其原因是抛物线型切削工具能够减小对切削刃底部材料的压实负功 ,而增加切削面前方材料的扰动正功 ,这为切削部件的优化设计提供了可靠的依据

Abstract:In order to optimize the geometric shape of cutting tools such that decreasing working resistance and enhancing working efficiency,the cutting performance of a parabolic curve cutting tool,inducted the concept of longitudinal/depth ratio, is analyzed with a 2 D FEM.It can be concluded that a parabolic cutting tool,in the range of a broader longitudinal/depth ratio, has more optimizing cutting performance than a straight one.The important reason for the parabolic curved cutting tool has superior cutting performance compared with the straight one, on the range of the broader longitudinal/depth ratio, is that the parabolic curved one can produce lighter compression action to the soil below their bottom(or we can say the negative work done by the curved cutting components is decreased), simultaneously, the disturbing energy to the soil in front of soil engaging surface by the curved ones is increased(or we can say the positive work done by the curved cutting components is decreased ), with which the reliable foundation for the optimizing design of cutting tools is provided.
