高碳当量灰铸铁组织与强度的关系

摘    要:本文通过综合分析和回归分析,考察在少加废钢、高碳当量、低合金化条件下,若干组织因素与灰铸铁强度之间的关系。结果表明,奥氏体枝晶数量、石墨数量、石墨尺寸和基体显微硬度,是影响高碳当量灰铸铁强度的几个重要组织因素。

Abstract:The relationship between several structure factors and tensile strength of gray irons at higher carbon equivalents was studied by comprehensive and regressive analysis. Desired, variations in solidification structure were obtained by varying carbon equivalent and adding a little amount of alloy elements into the heats. The results indicate that austenitic dendrite quantity, graphite quantity, graphite size and micro-hardness of matrix are principal factors affecting strength of high carbon equivalent gray iron.
