熔喷聚氨酯弹性无纺布的研制及其力学性能

摘    要:研究了喷原料的选择、熔体温度、热空气压力,熔体流量等工艺条件的改变对熔喷聚氨酯弹性无纺布力学性能的影响。在一定温度范围内,随着温度的升高,无纺布力学性能增强,在一定热空气压力范围内,随热空气压力增大,无纺布力学性能增强,在一定熔体流量范围内,随流量增大,无纺布力学性能降低,测试结果表明制得的熔喷聚氨酯弹性无纺布纵向强度和延伸率均优于其相应的横向强度和延伸率。

Abstract:The effects of melt temperatures, hot air pressures and extruder speeds on the mechanical properties of meltblown polyurethane elastic nonwovens have been studied. It has been found that in a certain range the mechanical properties of the elastic nonwovens increase with the increasing of the melt temperatures and hot air pressures, and decrease with the increasing of extruder speeds. The results of mechanical tests show that the vertical tensile strength and elongation are superior to the corresponding crossive ones.
