黄山青冈种群时间遗传结构

摘    要:该文采用等位酶分析技术研究了一个青冈种群中不同大小级别个体之间的遗传差异,结果表明除位点EST-1 的等位基因频率在不同大小级别之间存在显著差异之外,其他多态位点的差异均不显著。遗传变异除在幼苗中相对较低外,其他几个大小级无多大变化。总体来看,青冈种群时间遗传分化程度很低,级间遗传变异仅占总遗传变异的1 .57 % 。

Abstract:Genetic differentiation among different size classes was analyzed in a Cyclobalanopsis glauca (Fagaceae) population in Huangshan, Anhui Province, to reflect its temporal genetic differentiation. No significant differences were found in allelic frequencies in polymorphic loci, except EST-1. Low genetic variations were observed in seedling class, and no obvious differences were found among other size classes. Temporal genetic differentiation in the C. glauca population was low. The genetic variation participated among size classes was only 1.57% of the total.
