| 摘 要： | 随着现代服务业的迅猛发展,服务产业已在全球占据了相当的市场份额。因此有必要在高等学校建立与服务产业相对应的学科与专业,以培养掌握服务相关技能和知识的人才,以适应中国服务经济发展的需要。服务科学,或服务科学、管理与工程是正在兴起的跨学科研究领域。这一新的学科将包含计算机科学、管理学、产业工程、社会和认知科学以及法学等多领域的内容,目的是发展以服务为主导的经济所要求的技能。
