| Abstract: | The condition under which a charged-body can be regarded as a point charge in practice is discussed mainly in this paper. The purpose is to discuss how to make a deeper understanding of this concept, and how to use it more precisely and exactly in experimental and theoretical studies. Some former ideas have been deepened. |
