当代中日交流的第一次高潮——兼议其形成背景和历史作用

1955－1957年间，与此前的吉田内阁时期相比，新组阁的日本鸠山内阁顺应内外形势的变化，在对华政策上表现出某种松动，中日民间交流呈现出一种较为活跃的状态，可谓当代中日交流史上出现的第一次高潮，它为中日关系的恢复奠定了一定的基础。主要对这一时期中日交流的状况做了介绍，在此基础上分析了其形成的背景及其对后来中日关系的发展所起的作用。

The Tension between China and Japan is Relieved

From 1955 to 1957, the newly formed Hatoyama Cabinet ,compared with the administration of Yoshida Cabinet, had an insight into the subtle change of the situation both at home and abroad,and conformed to its new requirement.The tension between China and Japan was relieved,the bilateral non-governmental communication activated and reached the climax in the communication history of the two nations, which laid a foundation for the diplomatic resumption of Sino-Japan relation. The paper gives a brief introduction to the bilateral communication of the two nations, and analyzes the background of the situation and the role it played in the later development of Sino-Japan relation.
