Building A New Teaching Model in Organic Chemistry Experiment

In this paper, a new teaching model was introduced in organic Chemistry experiment. It is three stages model that the skill training of basic operation and basic organic synthese comprehensive synthetic experiment and designing experiment of the open type. The practice demonstrated that this teaching model could fully give play to the students' main body effect under the guidance of teachers, and favor to cultivate and raise students'comprehensive abilities, such as scientific quality, research ability and innovation consciousness.
