| 摘 要： | 抗战爆发以后，中国共产党领导八路军新四军挺进到敌后，在创建抗日根据地进行游击战争的同时，又领导根据地广大军民开展了全方位的乡村民主政治建设，其内容主要包括组织乡村民众团体、开展普选运动、建设抗日民主政权和民主运动等四个方面，其成功的经验和不足之处为当代的村民民主自治提供了历史的借鉴。

| Abstract: | when the Anti-Japanese War was broken, the Eighth Route Army and the New Fourch Army led by CCP marched into the enemy's rear area to found the Anti-Japanese Base Area. At the same time, the CCP also led the villagers to carry out the democracy construction, which included organizing villagers, general election, construction of the anti-Japanese political state and the democratic movement. The experience and lessons from the history can be used as reference for today's villagers' self-government construction. |
