| 摘 要： | 基于对大多数重要的决策需要成立决策群体以共同做出决策,首先建立了一个群体决策任务的研讨模型,提出了4类"研讨模式":①交互群体中群体成员的主动研讨;②名义群体中群体成员的主动研讨;③交互群体中群体成员的被动研讨;④名义群体中群体成员的被动研讨.最后,以某公司如何开拓市场空间的研讨结构化为例,探讨了研讨模式1在群体决策任务结构化研讨中的应用.
