| 摘 要： | 长期以来，我国学术界对荣誉权的性质存有争议。在我国的民事权利体系下，并无独立的荣誉权存在的空间。为此应取消荣誉权，将民事主体获得的荣誉的保护交由名誉权调整。

| Abstract: | For a long time there has been argument over the nature of honorary fight in the academic circle of our country. The independent honorary fight is not included in the civil right system f our country. Therefore it is necessary to cancel the honorary right and include the protection of the honor which the civil subject wins in the reputation fight protection scope. |
