涨落耗散定理与Johnson-Nyquist噪声

摘    要:从量子统计力学原理导出了涨落耗散定理,并在此基础上证明了Johnson-Nyquist公式。最后,还讨论了Johnson-Nyquist公式在计算电荷量子比特的噪声中的应用,并给出了谱密度与总阻抗之间的关系及阻抗两端间的电压涨落的表达式。

Abstract:They derive the fluctuation dissipation theorem from the principles of quantum statistical mechanics and prove the Johnson-Nyquist formula on this basis.Finally,the applications of the Johnson-Nyquist formula in calculating the charge qubit′s noise are discussed,and the relationship between the spectral density and the total impedance and the expression for the voltage fluctuations between the terminals of the impedance are gived.
