Choquet Integral with Respect to Optimal Measures

In this paper, we study a kind of the Choquet integrals based on the optimal measure, which are called the optimal-Choquet integral. It can be considered to be the optimal formulation of Choquet integrals. The integral is a model which selects eligible members layer-by-layer, arranges and measures them optimally. It can be available for management issues. Some basic properties of the integral and the relationships among the other nonlinear integrals are studied, and some practical examples of integral application are presented.
