新型电脑横机控制器中数据交换并行接口的设计与应用

摘    要:针对新型电脑横机控制器中PC机与单片机之间并行数据交换问题,提出一种具有握手信号和纠错功能的通用接口,并采用并行流水线作业法提高交换速度。该接口在新型电脑横机控制器中的应用表明其可靠性高,交换速度快,易于实现,适用于工业计算机控制系统。

Abstract:A general algorithm for solving the parallel data exchange problem between PC and the Single-Chip Microcomputer in the new model computerized flat knitting machine is put forward. The algorithm uses calling signals emulated by means of software and can correct the errors occurring during the data exchange. Also the parallel pipe-lining algorithm is used to speed the data exchange. The application of the algorithm in the controller of the new model computerized flat knitting machine proves that it is simple and reliable in operation as well as at high exchange speed. It fits for the demand of industrial computer controlling system.
