| Abstract: | In the light of the present situation that the employment of university graduates is very difficult,this paper points out that improving the comprehensive quality of the students and cultivating the innovation ability of the students are the key for bringing up the composite-type of talents,and cooperating with enterprises tightly will be able to create the new phase for students' employment. |
