| 摘 要： | 互联网作为一个典型的复杂系统,呈现出许多新奇的突现现象。对这些现象的研究,有助于了解网络的运行规律,对构造安全、可信、可控、可管的下一代互联网,促进下一代网络的持续健康发展有着重要意义。对互联网中的突现现象进行了初步研究,并分析了其主要特征,归纳了目前主要的研究思路和方法以及进一步研究的方向。
