长期T管引流致胆汁丢失对胆道术后患者康复的影响及对策初探

目的探讨长期T管引流患者术后大量胆汁丢失对康复的影响,以及口服胆汁法的治疗效果。方法对我院2004年12月至2007年9月胆总管探查、取石,T管引流术后患者65例随机分为非口服胆汁组32例和口服胆汁组33例,观察其手术前后血生化指标及体重变化、术后肛门恢复排气时间、切口感染率和住院时间。结果口服胆汁组在维持术后长期T管引流所致的水电解质平衡、营养状况、术后康复等方面明显优于非口服胆汁组（P〈0.05）。结论口服胆汁法对长期胆汁丢失患者术后康复具有良好的治疗性作用,且方法简单、可操作性强。

The long-term bile loss influence of T drainage tube on bile duct exploration postoperative and prevention measures

Objective： To investigate the long-term bile loss influence of T drainage tube on bile duct exploration postoperative and prevention measures.Methods： 65 cases（from Dec.04 to Sept.08） were randomly distributed into two groups： 32 cases in none oral bile group（Group A） and 33 cases in oral bile group（Group B）.We observed the changes of blood biochemical indicators and body weight of per-operation and post-operation、the rate of incision infection and in-patient period.Results： The all indicators in group B were significantly precede to those in group A（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The method of oral bile can benefit to the patients who were bile loss long-term with T drainage tube after duct exploration.And the method was simply and maneuvenerability.
