摘    要:本文对转运车使用与否两种工况,对12m、8.75m和6.25m三个不同摊铺宽度时的摊 铺效果分别进行检测,分别采用激光纹理构造深度仪对已碾压成型的沥青路面进行全幅检测, 比较分析表面均匀性;分别采用无核密度仪比较评价已碾压成型的沥青路面进行全幅检测, 比较分析内部均匀性;分别采用红外热像仪对松铺的热沥青混合料的温度拍摄红外热图,比 较分析温度均匀性。检测结果表明,使用转运车时表面无离析率大于不使用转运车时;使用 转运车时路面内部无离析率较不使用大;内部离析评价结果和红外热像均反映出使用转运车 改善离析的作用超过了一幅摊铺宽度偏大的影响,使用转运车减小温度离析作用明显。

Evaluate the Effect of Transfer Car in Reducing Gradation Segregation and Temperature Differential with Nondestructive Test Method
Abstract:The effect of transfer car in reducing gradation segregation and temperature differential of asphalt pavement is analyzed by nondestructive test in this paper. The effect of spreader width on paving is taken into account by measuring spreader width of 12, 8.75 and 6.25 meters respectively. The texture depth of the pavement is whole scope measured with MTM to analyze the uniformity of the surface. The density of pavement is whole scope measured with pavement quality indicator to analyze the uniformity of the compaction. The temperature of loose paved hot asphalt mixture is measured with infrared thermography to analyze the uniformity of it. It is found out that non-segregation rate of the surface and interior of pavement is enhanced with the transfer car. It is revealed by interior segregation appraisal and infrared thermogram that the effect of transfer car in reducing segregation even exceeds the affect of too big spreader width.
