赣州新农村建设调研及对江西省新农村建设的思考

近年来,江西省赣州市率先推动社会主义新农村建设,其“五新一好”的建设目标、“三清三改”的建设模式得到国家及各地的关注与好评。以“赣州模式”为蓝本,江西省开始全面推动新农村建设。江西作为相对落后地区,推动新农村建设面临哪些不利因素,如何正确处理各方面关系,需要进行充分思考。笔者在调研基础上,对江西省推进社会主义新农村建设的经验、不足、面临形势以及需要认真面对的理论问题进行了思考,并提出了相应的政策建议。

Investigation on Ganzhou New Rural Building and the Thought of Jiangxi New Rural Building

In recent years, the socialism new rural construction has been taken in Ganzhou City of Jiangxi, its building target five new and one good and its building modes three clean and three change have been paid attention to and praised all over the country . Taking Ganzhou pattern as chief source, new rural construction has been driven all around in Jiangxi Province. For Jiangxi is a relative backward area, it should be considered sufficiently by us that which unfavorable factors to be confronted with during the course of driving new rural construction and how to solve relation on every aspect. On the base of study and investigation, the author considers the achievements, defi ciency, current situation, theory needed to be take care and points out corresponding policy suggestion.
