新疆哈萨克族居民高血压知识、态度、行为调查分析

为了解新疆哈萨克族居民高血压的知识、态度、行为现状，采用分层整群抽样对沙湾地区西戈壁镇和牛圈子牧场18岁以上哈萨克族居民1073人进行高血压知识、态度、行为调查。调查结果显示：调查人群高血压知识知晓率为8.18%，男性高于女性，患者知晓率、行为危险因素水平高于非患者（P〈0.001），信念形成率低于非患者；居民对心血管疾病知识的知晓率与文化程度呈正相关。结论：哈萨克族人群高血压的防治知识与信念均较低，尤其是哈萨克族高血压病患者的防治知识严重匮乏，自我保健意识差。迫切需要在哈萨克族人群中开展高血压的综合防治。

Investigation to Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior of Hypertension among the Kazakh Residents in Xinjiang

Objective:aiming at understanding the level of KAB on hypertension in Kazakh race in Shawan area.Method:1073 Kazakh residents over 18 years of age were selected through stratified and cluster sampling in Shawan area and interviewed with a questionnaire about knowledge,attitude and behavior(KAB) of hypertension.Results:The rate of awareness among all the community is 8.18%,men are higher than women,and the rate of awareness on hypertension and the risk level of behavior among hypertionsion patients are higher than that among non-hypertension group(P<0.001),but the attitude formation rate is lower than the latter.The rate of awareness on hypertension exists in direct proportion with the degree of education.Conclusions:The Kazakn inhabitants who prevent and control the hypertension depend on their knowledge,the faith,also presents the correlational dependence with the years of schooling.The specially prominent problem that Kazakh race hypertension patients fall short of self-health care consciousness seriously.Therefore developing the propaganda for the hypertension prevention and controlling knowledgeto the Kazak race inhabitants,enhancing the hypertension understanding of entire crowd and implementing community behavior intervention are urgent.
