扩张性心肌病变的发病率、致残率和致死率正在逐年递增,给患者的身体健康造成了极大的危害。建立该病变实验动物模型,旨在为研究该病变提供实验基础。本文就目前扩张性心肌病变动物模型的制作,从实验动物选择、实验方法确定、实验结果分析、可能机制几方面做一综述。

Incidence,morbidity and mortality of cardiac dilatation disease is increasing year by year,which causs the enormous dlamage for the health.Thus,making experimental animal models are very important for the basical research.Some animal of cardiac dilatation disease which include the choice of experimental animal,the establishment of empirical method,the analysis of the experimental results and possible mechanism have been summarized.
