摘    要:供应链上下游的定价决策过程可以看作一个博弈过程,供应链上的成员通过建立契约关系来协调各方的利益,分配供应链上新增加的利润。在供应链契约中,商品的订购价格,数量,退货数量和额度等都是契约中的主要内容以及契约双方谈判的焦点。双方通过相互博弈,达成协调的契约机制,使供应链上的每个成员都取得“多赢”的结果。

Abstract:The pricing decision making course of the upstream and downstream of the supply chain can be regarded as a game course, through establishing the contract relation the members on the supply chain coordinate the interest of each side and distribute the new-added profit on the supply chain. In the contract of the supply chain, the ordering price and amount of the commodities, and the limit of the back goods amount, etc. are the main contents of the contract and the focal points of the negotiation between two sides of the contract. Through the mutual game playing, the two sides reach a coordinative contract mechanism, and make each member on the supply chain get the "multi-wining"results.
