| 摘 要： | 分析当前网络教育资源开发与应用现状,认为当前网络教育资源的开发存在开发部门不统一、开发目的不明确、产品没有得到充分应用,缺乏合理资金投入和忽视经济效益等问题,提出网络教育资源开发应该形成协作开发和共享应用的良性机制,应该由国家教育主管部门进行总体规划,合理配置开发队伍人员的组成,重视经济效益的带动作用,进行观念的更新并改进管理理念,建立合适的资源价格机制,制定相应的技术标准.

| Abstract: | The network educational resources are currently developed by many state developers, with unclear objectives, lack of sufficient utilization of products, lack of reasonable investment, neglect of economic benefits. To solve these problems,a general project for the development and collaboration of network educational resources should be under the national education administration offices. The project should reflects compositions of the development teams, economic benefits, price mechanism and the corresponding technical criteria. |
