摘    要:针对围岩中存在层间剪切带而导致引黄入晋联结段7号洞TBM(隧洞掘进机)施工过程中发生卡机停工的工程事故[2],在现场调查和工程地质分析基础上,本文运用二维弹塑性有限元方法[1],结合已有的力学参数和初始地应力条件,对其进行了模拟分析。其结果一方面量化和证实了工程地质定性分析结论,即层间剪切带是事故发生的主要原因;另一方面给出了发生剪应力集中区,有利于进一步认识问题的机理和影响范围。

Abstract:The paper is a case study on the accident of Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) jamming in a section of the connection works No.7 tunnel of the Yellow River Diversion Project (YRDP) in China. Based on the in-site investigation and engineering geological conditions such as ground layers, primary ground stress and mechanical parameters, the accident is simulated by the 2-dimention finite element method. The result gives a quantity value of the geological analysis on the one hand and guarantees the geological analysis result (The inter-layer zone is the matter of the jamming accident) on the other hand. The calculated shear strength focus zone is helpful to further study of the similar geological situation of TBM excavation.
