中小型智能变频电动执行器设计

摘    要:为了解决国内智能电动执行器存在的精度差、网络通讯能力弱、功能简单等问题,采用以TMS320F2812 DSP芯片为核心,开发了中小功率的智能电动执行器.该智能电动执行器具有网络通信功能、高精度定位执行功能、组态设定与控制功能和自检显示功能,该型执行器结构紧凑,智能程度较高,执行部分采用了先进的磁束向量变频控制方法.

Abstract:In oder to solve the domestic existed problems of low accuracy,weak network communication and simple function of the intelligent power actuator,one kind of TMS 320 F2812,DSPchips power actuator was developed.This intelligent actuator is of the following function features such as the network communication high prcise positioning,executive and configration control.This actuator is also of the features of compact,impact.The advanced magnetic beam vector technology is used and the total performance is approaching that of the foreign power actuator.
