| 摘 要： | 绥靖政策是特定的政治现象。20世纪30年代,英国政府推行绥靖政策有它深刻的历史原因,主要表现为:实力的衰退;统治集团的战略思考和压力集团的推波助澜;和平主义思潮的影响。这一政策加速了第二次世界大战的爆发,同时也加快了大英帝国的衰落。

| Abstract: | Appeasement policy is political phenomena under specific conditions.British government took appeasement policy in 1930s for several historical reasons.The main manifestations are: the position of strength recession;the consideration of British government's strategic plans and the forces by pressure groups;the influence of peace trends.This policy hastened the outbreak of the second World War and the declining of the British Empire. |
