| 摘 要： | 目前,织物设计往往凭经验知识进行,还缺少客观的、定量的设计规则。本文收集了14种优秀的精纺毛织物样品,测量了它们的物理机械性能,运用数量化理论-Ⅰ建立起织物性能指标与织物结构参数间的回归关系,获得了较好的结果。

| Abstract: | At present, there is short of objective and quantitative fabric design principle except for some experienced knowledge. In order to design fabric systematically and automatically, one method is presented in this paper. The method is: building up mathematical model which links fabric properties with structure parameters, collecting excellent fabric samples whose structure parameters and production process are known, and then measuring their property values. After all of these, by means of mathematical method the structure parameters are quantified. So the quantitative rule that structure influences property is obtained. This paper has discussed the application of theory of quantification in the field and some good results are obtained. |
