| 摘 要： | 低碳经济对高新技术产业发展提出了新的要求,其选择显得尤为重要。在描述江苏沿海高新技术产业发展现状的基础上,对其进行了SWOT分析;在基本思路、原则和产业选择基准指导下,选择了信息产业、先进制造业、生物产业、新材料产业、新能源与高效节能产业、海洋产业、现代农业、循环经济产业作为江苏沿海高新技术产业发展的重点产业。

| Abstract: | The low-carbon economy puts forward new requirements for high and new technology industry,thus the selection of it becomes of more importance.This paper describes the status quo of the high and new technology industry of Jiangsu coastal area,and then does the SWOT analysis.Based on the basic ideas,principles and selection standards,it chooses the information industry,advanced manufacturing industry,bio-industry,new material industry,new energy and energy-efficient industry,marine industry,modern agriculture industry and circular economy industry as the key industries in the development of the high and new technology of Jiangsu coastal area. |
