| Abstract: | Summary The nucleoplasm of rickettsia-like microorganisms living in the oocytes of the soft tickOrnithodorus moubata is preserved by TF (triple-fixation) in a fine fibrillary form, resembling the results obtained by the  standard -method for DNA-containing plasms.Die Arbeit wurde vom Schweiz.
