| 摘 要： | 中国即将加入ＷＴＯ，然而，商业秘密的侵权、犯罪案件却时有发生，且有上升态势，其与ＷＴＯ多边协议、规则背道而驰。为有效地遏制其侵权、犯罪行为，必须采取有力措施，加强法律监督，加大打击力度，完善我国商业秘密的法律保护制度。

| Abstract: | China enters WTO in no time, but the infringement act of the business secrets and criminal cases occur occassionally and have a tendency to ascend. These are apposed to the multilateral trade agreement of WTO. To keep down the act of infringement and offence effectively, we should take strong measures, enhance the legal supervision, crack down on crimes heavily and improve the legal protection system of the trade secret in our country. |
