催化新材料氮(碳)化钼研究进展

摘    要:利用MoO3和NH3(CH4)的程序升温反应为合成高比表面积的氮(碳)化钼提供了新的方法,但是要作为工业催化剂批量生产仍存在许多困难。探索新的合成途径,研究其催化机理的工作仍有待深入。高比表面积氮化钼和碳化钼是一种新型催化材料,从催化剂的合成和表征、催化性能和助剂的研究等方面对高比表面积的氮(碳)化钼进行了系统的论述,并对研究中存在的问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:Temperature programmed reaction(TPR) of MoO 3 with NH 3(CH 4) provided a new way to prepare Mo nitride and carbide with high specific surface area. Up to now, the preparation of Mo nitride and carbide has met with considerable difficulties and the quantity of product in each batch is less than one gram, so the commercial utilization is seriously limited. Moreover, the information for synthesis and catalytic mechanism should be investigated. The present situation of research on molybdenum nitride and carbide as an advanced catalytic material is systematically reviewed. The problems and research opportunities existed in this area are discussed in detail.
