摘    要:为研究盐碱环境对苜蓿过氧化物同工酶的影响,以14个不同品种的苜蓿为研究对象,对其幼苗进行复合盐碱胁迫,采用聚丙烯凝胶电泳技术对过氧化物同工酶进行电泳分析.结果表明,苜蓿品种间的酶带数有所不同,过氧化物同工酶最多有9条,最少有4条,复合盐碱胁迫后差异性带主要出现在C区,酶活性弱,A区和B区无明显差异带.

Effect of PEG stress on POD isoenzymes in 14 Alfalfa varieties

Abstract:To study the POD isoenzymes among 14 Alfalfa varieties of salt and alkali stress, the POD isoenzymes in the young leaves of 14 Alfalfa varieties were analyzed using the vertical stab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technology. The results showed that the Alfalfa varieties POD isozyme band number in 14 Alfalfa varieties was different, with up to 9, at least 4. CAT isozyme of different Alfalfa varieties, in the A area of the enzyme with no change, strong activity. The C area of the enzyme was new enzyme band, but the activity is weak, with little change in A and B district of enzyme.
