载银抗菌材料的制备与抗菌性能研究

摘    要:在较稀的氨水体系中以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)作为硅源,制得介孔二氧化硅.通过小角X射线衍射(XRD)方法对介孔结构及其有序性进行表征,载银处理之后运用SEM,TEM对得到的抗菌粉体进行表征.将抗菌粉体添加到PP中,对其抗菌性能进行研究.运用XRD,SEM,TEM对得到的抗菌粉体进行表征.结果表明,在氨水体系下68℃时,TEOS/CTAB为5∶2制备出的二氧化硅呈六方介孔结构.抗菌测试显示,随着载银纳米二氧化硅添加量增加材料的抗菌性能提高.

Abstract:In a dilute ammonia water system, mesoporous silica was prepared which cetyhrimethylammonium bromide ( CTAB ) and tetraethoxysilane ( TEOS ) were used as template and silica source respectively. The meso-structure was characterized by X-ray diffractomer ( XRD ). The morphology and micro-structure were characterized in detail by scanning electronic microscopy( SEM )and transmission electronic microscopy ( TEM )after the process of carrying silver. The antibacterial powder is added to the PP, the antibacterial properties were studied. The results showed that in ammonia system under 68 ℃, TEOS/CTAB for 5 : 2 prepared silica mesoporous structure with six party. Antibacterial test display with silver nanometer silicon dioxide added the antibacterial properties of the materials were improved.
