大型低速船用柴油机余热回收装置的(火用)平衡分析

摘    要:介绍了当前一般船用柴油机的余热回收装置,对特定型号主机废气余热回收装置进行(火用)平衡分析,通过计算求出了该装置的(火用)分配及利用情况,以及各装置(火用)效率的潜在提高程度.结果表明,该余热回收装置具有较高的(火用)效率和较好的经济性.(火用)分析的结果可以指导人们合理的提高(火用)的利用效率.

Abstract:The status of waste heat recovery system of general marine diesel engine was introduced and analyzed. The exergy balance of waste heat recovery system for a specific type of ship was calculated. Using exergy balance analysis, the distribution and use of exergy for the main engine thermal energy recovery system were found, and the potential increase of thermal efficiency of each device was indentified. The results showed that the heat recovery system has a higher exergy and better economy. The analysis results can give us the rea- sonable improve the use of exergy efficiency.
