摘    要:根据肌苷的代谢调控机理,选择柠檬酸钠、NaF、CaCl2、次黄嘌呤、MnSO45种肌苷促进剂,考察它们的不同添加量对枯草芽胞杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,简称Bs)CICC20958菌株产肌苷的影响,采用均匀设计法得到最佳组合添加方案.结果表明,在促进剂柠檬酸钠、NaF、CaCl2、次黄嘌呤、MnSO4质量浓度分别为7.9、0.001、0.032、2.1、0.2 g/L的条件下发酵,菌株Bs CICC20958的肌苷产量达到7.81 g/L,比不添加促进剂实验组(对照组)的肌苷产量提高了5.38倍.

Abstract:According to the regulating mechanism of inosine synthesis, some kinds of effective additives (sodium citrate, NaF, CaC12, hypoxanthinc and MnSO4 ) were added in Bacillus subtilis CICC20958. Then, the best composition of accelerators was obtained by uniform design. The results showed that optimized combination increased inosine production to 7.81 g/L in the presence of 7.9 g/L sodium citrate, O. 001 g/L NaF, 0. 032 g/L CaC12, 2. 1 g/L hypoxanthine and 0. 2 g/L MnSO4. The yield of inosine was 5.38 times higher than that of the control group.
