论宁夏银川地区的砂土地基及工程抗震措施

就位于我国南北向地震带的宁夏银川地区历史及近代地震引发的宏观震害-砂土地基液化所导致的建筑物倒塌、沉陷、开裂等地基失稳现象，分析在银川地区特定的工程地质条件下，砂土地基液化特点及液化强弱势区分，提出可靠的建筑物场区稳定性评价依据及相应的抗液化措施，为城市抗震减灾服务。

On the sand bases and the measure of engineering's anti-seismic in Yinchuan

This paper makes a study of Ningxia regional macro-seismic disasters,which werincurred by historical earthquakes,collapse,settlement and fissure of the building and bases,caused by liquefaction of sand soil base in Yinchuan. By analyzing the situation on the national south-north seismic belt and special engineering condition which causes the distinguishing features and degree of liquefaction of sand soil,the paper proposes the evaluation criterion of the stability of reliable building awea and corresponding measures against liquefaction so as to resist the earthquake and reduce its damage for the city Yinchuan.
