圆弧针齿行星传动的弹流润滑分析

摘    要:依据弹性流体动力润滑的理论,建立了圆弧针齿行星传动的最小油膜厚度计算式。结合具体参数进行了数值计算,分析了这种传动的润滑状态。认为该传动轮齿间极易形成油膜,因此具有很高的啮合效率。

Abstract:In this paper, the formula is given for calculating minimum oil film in the circular-arc teeth epicyclic transmission aeeor-ding to the theory of elastohydrnamic lubrication. By means of thef ormulaa ride onerete parameter, the results of calculation have been made; the conditions of lubrication in the transmission are disseussed; the conclusion is drawn that the oil film is formed easily between the mesh teeth of the transmission. Thus, the transmission will haven high mesh efficiency.
