共轨燃油压力模糊PID控制器的设计

摘    要:为了达到共轨燃油压力的动态调节,突破传统PID控制的局限性,提出一种精确控制共轨燃油压力的模糊PID控制器的设计方法.分析系统输出响应曲线,得到参数的自整定要求.由单片机计算结果确定了输入输出语言变量的论域.给出模糊控制器的调节规则和参数的模糊控制表.提出了该控制器的单片机实现方法。经试验验证,该控制器效果良好.

Abstract:Fuzzy PID controller, which can control common rail fuel pressure accurately, is designed in order to realize dynamic regulation of fuel pressure to break the limitations of traditional PID controls. Self correction demand of parameters is acquired after an analysis of the response of system output. Problem domain of the input and output language variables is ascertained depending on the results of computation in the singlechip. Control regulation of the fuzzy controller and fuzzy control table of parameters are given. The controller can be realized on a singlechip. Experimental results show that it functions well.
