| 摘 要： | 分析了我国农村信息化技术的现状；指出了当前农村信息化技术中的不足之处；提出了基于GIS的近郊农村信息管理系统的组成内容；设计了系统实现的技术路线；探讨了系统实现的关键技术，并给出了解决关键技术问题的方法．

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of present situation of rural informationization technology in China, this paper points out some questions existing in the technology, and put forward a composition of rural suburbs inforantion system based on GIS. It designs a scheme of realizing the system, and discusses the key technology of the system. A method of solving the problems of key technology is given. |
