河南省农村中小学培养竞技体育后备人才的调查研究

采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法，从区域角度对河南省农村中小学校竞技体育后备人才培养问题进行研究．结果表明：人们的认识观念、追求升学率、科学化管理、人力资源、训练输送、项目布局等是影响农村学校体育后备人才资源开发的主要因素．最后结合该地区经济、教育发展的实际，提出了社会转型和体育改革背景中农村中小学校体育后备人才的层次化、多元化的可持续培养途径．

Research on Cultivating Athletics Reserves in Rural Primary ＆ Middle Schools in Henan Province

The research by means of literature collection,interview and question shows that at present people＇s cognitive concept, enrollment rate, administration and overall anangement are still the main factors which limit the development of athletic reserves in rural schools. According to the practical situation and the modem PE theory,the article provides a multi-layer and continued approach to such a development.
