| 摘 要： | “法官后语”是20世纪末人民法院为了配合裁判文书改革而进行的一种有益探索和尝试,其目的是于法理之外对案件的当事人及其他相关人员进行说服教育和道德感化,以息事宁人、钝化矛盾、共建和谐。“法官后语”是法律文化传播和法律文化发展的结晶,它所体现出的法律文化精髓是和谐。

| Abstract: | Judges＇ commentary remarks is people court＇ s beneficial attempt in corrdination with reform in written award. It is aimed to pursuade and educate ligigants of a case and other people concerned out of law theory in order to reconcile the parties and achieve harmony. It is the result of the propagation and develoment of law culture and the essence of law culture reflected by it is harmony. |
