纳米型复合磷钨酸催化合成肉桂酸异戊酯

摘    要:以纳米型复合杂多酸H3PW12O40/SiO2为催化剂,以肉桂酸和异戊醇为原料,来合成肉桂酸异戊酯.结果表明:纳米复合磷钨酸是合成肉桂酸异戊酯的良好催化剂;适宜的工艺条件为:酸醇物质的量比为1:2.5,催化剂用量为0.6g/0.05mol肉桂酸,回流时间为3h,酯化率可达96.2%.

Abstract:Synthesis of isoamyl cinnamate from cinnamic acid and isoamyl alcohol with nanometer H3PW12O40/SiO2 as catalyst is studied in this article, and the results shows nanometer H3PW12O40/SiO2 is a good catalyst for synthesizing isoamyl cinnamate. The oplimal conditions are found as follows: molar ratio of cinnamic acid to isoamyl alcohol is 1 : 2.5, the weight of catalyst was 0.6 g/0.05 mol cinnamic acid, the reaction time is 3 h, yield is about 96.2%.
