氨基磺酸催化合成苯甲酸苄酯

摘    要:以氨基磺酸为催化剂,通过苯甲酸和苄醇来合成苯甲酸苄酯,并对影响酯化率的因素进行了研究.结果表明最佳条件为:催化剂用量为0.4g/0.05mol苯甲酸,醇酸物质的量比为3:1,带水剂(甲苯)为15ml,反应时间为120mins,反应温度为140—160℃,酯化率可达72.7%.

Abstract:Benzyl benzoate is synthesized by benzoic acid and phenyl methanol with sulfamie acid as catalyst. The influencing factors to the esterification ratio in the reaction are studied. Experimental results indicate that the optimal condition is as follow : 0.05 mol benzoic acid, 0.4g sulfamic acid, molar ratio of benzyl alcohol to benzoic acid 3:1 , dehydrating agent (toluene) 15 ml, reaction time 120 mins and the temperature 140 - 160℃. The yield can reach up to over 72.7%.
