冠醚对小麦幼苗吸收K~+的影响

摘    要:本文利用放射性同位素~(42)K作示踪,探讨了三种冠醚化合物对小麦幼苗吸收与运转K~+的影响,结果表明,由于冠醚化合物的结构不同,三种冠醚化合物对小麦幼苗吸收与运暂K~+均具有程度不同的促进和加速作用,本实验还研究了同位素冠醚—4′—12.5碘—苯并—15—冠—5在小麦体内的吸收与运转。

Abstract:This paper explores the effects of three Crown ether compounds on the tran sport and absorption of ~(42)K~+ by using isotope ~(42)K~+ as tracer. The results showed that the three kinds fo Crown ether with different structures have the promoting and accelerating effects on the absorption and transport of ~(42)K~+ at different levels. Besides, this paper disscuses the absorption and transport of the isotope Crown ether ~(125)I-4-I-benzo-15-crown-5 by wheat seedlings.
