汉语国际推广与汉字规范化

摘    要:汉语国际推广,作为我国的一项文化战略,旨在通过汉语的国际传播,弘扬中华优秀文化,推动中华文化走向世界,树立我国良好国际形象。汉语的国际传播对当前汉语的规范化、标准化提出了更高、更迫切的要求。汉语要走向世界,就必须有科学、统一的规范。汉语规范所面临的一个亟待解决的难题就是汉字的规范化问题。由于历史和政治的原因,汉字系统内存在严重的汉字异形现象,破坏了汉语的国际形象和国际地位。在当前全球化的文化语境下,制定统一的汉字规范,实现汉字“书同文”迫在眉睫。

Abstract:International promotion of Chinese Language, as one of our country' s culture strategies, is aimed at promoting Chinese culture to the world and establishing a good international image of China through the international spread of Chinese language. The international spread of Mandarin Chinese language puts a higher and more urgent requirement on the current standardization of Chinese. We must have scientific and uniform specifications in order to promote our language to the world. The standardization of Chinese language is faced with an urgent need to solve the problem of the standardization of Chinese characters. Due to historical and political reasons, there exists severe heterotype phenomenon in the Chinese character system, which undermines the international image and position of Chinese language. In the current cultural context of globalization, the development of a unified standardization of Chinese characters is urgently needed to achieve "writing conforms to texts" of Chinese characters.
