对校本培训的三点思考

摘    要:虽然校本培训成为中小学教师继续教育的主要形式已有多年,但校本培训的内涵、根基等基本问题在实践中仍需要进一步明确.校本培训应回归到教师职业生活中,从而把握校本培训实质,克服校本培训中的薄弱环节,以便从根本上实现校本培训的宗旨.

Three Aspects of Thinking on School- based Training

Abstract:Although school - based training has long become the main form of teacher' s further education in primary and middle schools, its fundamental issues as significance and origin still need to be specifically identified in practice. This paper argues that school - based training should return to teacher's vocational life in order that we can clarify its essence and overcome its weak aspects, and consequently fulfill its principle.
