“西山十三家”的三峡情结

明清易代之际，李自成余部转移到三峡地区，联合当地武装力量，组建了著名的“西山十三家”，又称“夔东十三家”。他们继承了李白成时代大顺军的优良传统，坚守民族气节，与清军进行不屈不挠的斗争，以自己的生命去实践民族大义；同时，他们保境安民，修养生息，对三峡地区的经济开发作出了卓越的贡献。从顺治二年（1645）到康熙三年（1664），“西山十三家”十数年如一日，战斗于三峡，生息于三峡，辉煌于三峡，颠覆于三峡，表现出浓烈的“三峡情结”。

Three Gorges Complex of Thirteen Armies in the West Mountain

During the course of shifting from Ming Dynasty to Qing Dynasty, LI Zi-cheng＇ s remaining armies transferred to the Three Gorges district and formed a famous ＂Thirteen Armies in the West Mountain＂ with the local power. They succeeded the excellent traditions of Dashun Armies at LI Zi-cheng＇ s time. Moreover, they stuck to their moral courage and fought unyieldingly against Qing armies and protected their supreme interests of the nation with their own lives. At the same time, they defended their positions and reassured the public, recuperated and multiplied their population, so they contributed enormously to the economy in the Three Gorges district. From 1645 to 1664, thirteen armies in the West Mountain had been battling in the Three Gorges, living in the Three Gorges, achieving glory in the Three Gorges and finally were overturned in the Three Gorges. Therefore, they manifested very strong Three Gorges complex.
