心理契约与高校行政管理效率探析

摘    要:心理契约是组织和组织成员之间隐含的、未公开的彼此期望的贡献和责任的总和。高等教育的发展要求和高校管理的实践都表明,一所高校是否具有创新能力和发展潜力,取决于其管理人员对学校的认同感、归属感以及由此而产生的努力工作,而不是简单德经济契约的管理。高校借助于心理契约,对行政管理人员的行为和效率进行研究和分析是高校科学发展的现实需要和必然要求。

Abstract:Psychological contract is a total of connotative and anticipant contribution and responsibility between the organization and its members. The development requirement of higher education and the practice of university administration show that whether a university has creative ability and development potential depends on the sense of identity, the sense of belonging of university managers as well as the hard work caused by the senses, rather than the simple management of economic contract. By the help of psychological contract, universities' research and analysis of the administrative management staff behavior and efficiency are necessary requirement of university scientific development.
