摘    要:提出了一种三相四桥臂电压型逆变器的新型三维空间矢量快速算法, 仅利用三相参考电压和简单的运算即可直接判断出矢量所处的四面体并计算合成矢量的作用时间, 克服了常规算法中坐标变换导致的计算复杂, 耗时长的缺点. 分析了所提3D-SVPWM算法和逆变器时域控制方程解、四桥臂SPWM、四桥臂二维SVPWM三种调制方法间的关系, 指出了四种方法具有统一的矢量作用时间模型. 分析了采用3D-SVPWM时逆变器的电压利用率. 给出了基于所提算法和其它三种调制方法的四桥臂DC/AC逆变器的仿真试验结果, 该结果显示了算法的正确性和有效性, 验证了等效性的结论.

A FAST ALGORITHM OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL SVPWM FOR THREE-PHASE FOUR-WIRE INVERTER AND EQUIVALENCY BETWEEN SEVERAL MODULATION METHODS
Abstract:A novel fast three-dimensional (3D) space vector modulation scheme is proposed for controlling the four-leg voltage source inverter. The complex and time consuming calculation led by coordinate transformation in conventional algorithm is avoided, the tetrahedron identification and the time durations determination are finished only by the direct use of three reference voltages and simple arithmetic. The relationships between the proposed scheme and other three modulation methods include time domain control equation solution, sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) and 2D-SVPWM of the four-leg inverter are indicated, the four methods have uniform vectors’ time durations model. Their dc-side voltage utilization ratios are compared. Simulation results show validity of the proposed method, and the equivalency of the four schemes is verified.
